Wendy Hodgson has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and operational support across several roles. At Mohawk Industries from January 2008 to June 2013, Wendy was a Customer Service Administrator, dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and ensuring retention. Previously, from March 2000 to June 2007, Wendy served as a Shipping Coordinator at Dometic Group, focusing on timely deliveries to meet client deadlines.
