Aron Hardy - Bardsley

Aron Hardy-Bardsley has over 12 years of experience in the technology industry. Aron is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Pia since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Virtual IT Services as a Software Development Manager from June 2017 to July 2022. From January 2016 to June 2017, Aron was a Managing Consultant - Software Development at Novo IT. Aron also served as a Technical Delivery Manager at DevPlus Pty Ltd from January 2014 to January 2016. Aron began their career at AVC Pty Ltd, where they held the roles of Lead Developer from September 2012 to January 2014 and Information Systems Developer from January 2010 to September 2012.

Aron Hardy-Bardsley completed a Bachelor of Computer Science in Software Engineering from the University of Wollongong from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate 4 in Information Technology with a focus on programming from Ultimo TAFE and a Diploma of Information Technology with a specialization in multimedia from West Wollongong TAFE, both during 2009-2010. Additionally, Aron has achieved several certifications from Microsoft, including 70-480 - Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 and various Microsoft Certified Professional Developer and Technology Specialist certifications in SharePoint 2010.
