Kevin O'Neill

Kevin O'Neill has an extensive background in telecommunications and partner management, currently serving as a Partner Success Manager at Pia since October 2023. O'Neill previously worked at WorldPay from February 2010 to October 2022, first as a Technical Support specialist and later as a Sr Telecommunications Technician, where responsibilities included managing call center environments and supporting mobility devices for remote employees. Earlier experience includes roles such as Scrap Metal Buyer at Scrappy’s Recycling, various technical positions at Verizon Business and Intermedia Communications, and beginning as a Forklift Operator at Kraft Foods Distribution Center. O'Neill holds education credentials from Dekalb College and the Silicon Valley Computer Learning Center.
