Jaime Bohorquez

Jaime Bohorquez is the Sales Director for Vacuum Automation at Piab Group Holding. Jaime has over 23 years of experience in sales and management, with a focus on Latin American markets. Bohorquez began their career with Piab in 1997, where they held various positions including Vice President Sales & NorAM Country Manager, Managing Director and Vice President of Sales and Business Development Latin America, and Managing Director - Piab do Brasil. In their current role, Bohorquez is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives in line with organizational goals. Jaime has successfully maintained growth in direct territory as a key leader of achieving sales targets, and has effectively restructured sales teams to better cover new market potential. Bohorquez has supported the doubling of global revenue in less than five years as part of the management team, and has developed, implemented, and executed detailed strategical sales plans to reach targets that include a clear SALES PROCESS, channel development, channel management, CIR tools. Bohorquez has driven P&L leadership and strategic sales growth throughout Latin American regions as subsidiary managing Director. Jaime has also directed all aspects of marketing and sales programs to open new distribution channels, collaborated with senior leaders, and ensured on time and under budget results. Bohorquez has established and maintained double digit growth by developing a clear channel development plan for countries with little or no coverage; completed coverage of most countries in Latin America. Jaime has determined participation in and set up of tradeshows in furtherance of marketing goals. For over ten years, Bohorquez has excelled in initial position in charge of sales and operations in Brazil with over 10 years of outstanding leadership. Jaime has established, planned, and opened new subsidiaries in Brazil and Argentina, including recruiting and training teams, maintaining revenue and sales growth, and achieving double-digit sales growth.

Jaime Bohorquez is an electrica engineer tech from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Jaime has a degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the Colegio San Luis Policia Nacional.
