Matthew Harding is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in menu innovation and restaurant operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Culinary and Menu Innovation at The Piada Group since March 2015, Matthew previously held prominent positions including Corporate Executive Chef at Bravo Brio Restaurant Group from October 1994 to September 2014 and Executive Chef at both Brio Tuscan Grille and Lindey's American Bistro. Throughout a distinguished career spanning several decades, Matthew has successfully developed menus for various dining concepts, overseen operational excellence leading to significant sales growth, and received numerous awards for culinary achievements. Matthew obtained a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
