Alexia Dubourg - Lavroff

Alexia Dubourg - Lavroff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the luxury sector. Currently serving as an EXCO member for Piaget since October 2016, Alexia has held various leadership roles including General Management for Sales and Marketing and Marketing and Communications Director for the European and French/UK hubs. Previous experience includes key managerial positions at Guerlain - LVMH, where Alexia was Senior Sellout Manager for Europe and the Middle East, and participation in LVMH’s Leadership and Managers Talent Programs. Additionally, Alexia contributes to the academic field as a guest lecturer for MBA and MSc programs in Luxury Management Sales and Marketing at leading European business schools since 2012.
