Catherine Phillips has over 20 years of experience in luxury retail and client services, currently serving as Digital Client Services Manager at Piaget since January 2024. Previously, Catherine held the same title at Richemont and served as E-Boutique Manager and Brand Ambassador at Van Cleef & Arpels. Early career roles include Brand Ambassador at Baume & Mercier, Sales and Marketing Manager at Marius Golf where successful initiatives included launching a new website and developing sales plans. Additional experience includes Sales Consultant at Neiman Marcus and Business Consultant at Skin by Tatum, as well as key roles at LVMH Dior Watches and Fine Art Lamps. Catherine's career began at Swarovski, where significant achievements included managing multi-million dollar accounts and receiving the Daniel Swarovski Achievement Award for excellence in leadership and sales performance. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics from the University of Kentucky.
