Delphine Guillemot

Delphine Guillemot is an experienced professional in retail and sales training with a robust background in managing international teams and enhancing performance. Currently serving as the International Retail L&D Manager at Piaget since January 2019, Delphine has established a comprehensive training career path for the worldwide Retail community and co-designed innovative training content. Prior to Piaget, Delphine held various roles at Nestlé Nespresso SA from 2006 to 2018, including Global Retail Operations and Training Project Manager, where operational support and performance management were key focuses. Delphine also has entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of guillemot sarl, managing a luxury gastronomy department store, and has held managerial positions at Gillette and Mars, demonstrating a consistent commitment to customer satisfaction and team development throughout a diverse career. Delphine holds a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from EBS Paris.
