Piano Teacher
Alaina Marr is an experienced children's ministry leader and educator with a diverse background in teaching and mentoring. Currently serving as the Director of Children's Ministries at Forest Park Covenant Church since July 2017, Alaina has developed dynamic programming that engages children and families in the Gospel and oversees a large volunteer team. Alaina also operates as a private piano teacher, providing tailored lessons to students aged five to thirteen. Previous experience includes roles as a second-grade teacher at UrbanPromise Wilmington and a summer music teacher at Cranbrook Educational Community, along with various student teaching positions that demonstrate a commitment to fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments. Alaina holds a Master’s degree in Children’s and Family Ministry from Bethel Seminary-St. Paul and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Grove City College.
Piano Teacher
I teach all levels, including beginners and adults. I prefer teaching in my studio as I feel that it is a positive environment for learning. I have a wonderful Steinway 7' Grand that I am happy to share with my students. Please feel free to contact me to arrange for lessons.
