Isaias Rivera

Isaias Rivera, MBA, is a keynote speaker and coach at Isaias J Rivera, inspiring companies to create a culture where turnover is obsolete. Isaias is the Director at Union County College - Workforce Innovation Business Center, as well as the Founder of Urban Futbol Matrix. Additionally, Isaias has been working as a piano teacher since 2009. Isaias also has experience as a Confidential Assistant to Mayor Eldridge Hawkins, Jr. and Compliance Officer at the City of Orange Township. Isaias has a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a B.A. in Government and Law from Lafayette College. Isaias has also served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the East Bay California Area.
