Anna Nekozyreva

Anna Nekozyreva is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and employee management. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Lead at Piano since October 2019, Anna is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of technical and managerial positions, labor market research, and status reporting. Prior to this role, Anna was the HR Director at Cxense from June 2015 until its acquisition by Piano, focusing on employee adaptation, motivation, and career development initiatives. Anna's career also includes serving as Human Resources Director at Maxifier, where responsibilities included recruiting and managing IT talent, and earlier as an HR Manager at MTS Group.
