Justin Gressley

Justin Gressley is an accomplished music industry professional with extensive experience in label management and marketing. Currently serving as General Manager at PIAS since 2015, Justin oversees all aspects of the label, guiding day-to-day operations and ensuring adherence to best practices. Previously, Justin held the position of Senior Marketing & Development Manager at Domino Recording Co. from 2011 to 2015, where responsibilities included developing marketing campaigns and maintaining relationships with artists and management. Earlier roles include Label Manager at Altitude Records, managing artist Matt Pond PA, and Director of Radio & Publicity Promotion at AAM, where Justin established the company as a leader in independent radio promotion. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from St. Bonaventure University.
