Mauricio Arce

Mauricio Arce has held various leadership roles throughout their career. MAURICIO started their career as the CEO of PIASA Proyectos Ingenieria Arquitectura S.A in 1997. Prior to that, they worked as a Socio and Vicepresidente at APC, Project Managers starting in 1995. In 1994, they served as the Socio and Presidente of Equipos y Fletes Cayena S.A. In 2002, Arce became the Socio and Presidente of Inmobiliaria Torre Vieja S.A. Additionally, they held the position of Socio and Director at Grupo Suma de Costa Rica from 2000 to 2008.

MAURICIO ARCE has a strong educational background with multiple degrees and certifications. MAURICIO obtained a Master's Degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University in 1997. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Finance from National University in 1995. In 1993, they earned an Engineer's Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica.

In addition to their degrees, MAURICIO ARCE has obtained various certifications from reputable institutions. These include certifications from the American Institute of Constructors (A.I.C.), the American Society of Civil Engineers (A.S.C.E.), the Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y de Arquitectos de Costa Rica (C.F.I.A.), the Colegio de Ingenieros Civiles de Costa Rica (C.I.C.), the Construction Management Association (C.M.A.), the Construction Specifications Institute (C.S.I.), the Centro de Transferencia de Tecnología de la Universidad de Costa Rica (C.T.T.), and the Project Management Institute (P.M.I.).
