Chandra Nath

Chandra Nath serves as the Corporate Vice President of Finance, Strategy, Investor Relations, and Legal at DevRev, where notable achievements include closing a $1.15 billion Series A financing and raising over $125 million. As an early founding team member, Chandra played a pivotal role in building the finance and corporate development functions at DevRev. Additional roles include Board Advisor and Investor at Hwy Haul, involvement as a seed stage investor in Piazza, and serving as Vice President and CFO of Hybrid Cloud at Nutanix, where strategic acquisitions were completed. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Ola, Palantir Technologies, and Merrill Lynch, where extensive financial transaction leadership was demonstrated. Chandra holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
