His extensive career includes senior management roles in training development at Guardian Financial Services and consultant positions at various organizations, where Jason specialized in creating bespoke training solutions and conducting needs analyses for global competency frameworks. Jason's expertise spans high-performing teams, leadership coaching, and skills workshops, supported by a solid educational background from Studley High School.
