Rob Hughes

Rob Hughes currently serves as Head of Product Development at PIB Group since February 2023, following a tenure as Managing Director at PIB Insurance Brokers, which began in April 2020. Prior to these roles, Rob held the position of Group Trading Director at Lorica Insurance Brokers from January 2010 to April 2020, focusing on the development and maintenance of profitable insurer relationships. Additional experience includes serving as Broking Director at Towergate ghbc from July 2006 to September 2009. Rob Hughes holds 'A' levels in Economics, History, and World Politics from Luton Sixth Form, completed between 1984 and 1987.
