R. Benjamin Cohen

R. Benjamin Cohen has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Of Counsel at Parker Ibrahim & Berg since February 2013 and previously in a similar role at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer from October 2006 to January 2013. Cohen's expertise includes mediation and arbitration, consultation on general equity, probate, appellate, guardianship, and commercial litigation matters. Cohen's background also includes a lengthy tenure as a Superior Court Judge in New Jersey from October 1977 to October 2006, presiding over various divisions, as well as serving as General Counsel for the New Jersey Casino Control Commission, where responsibilities included litigation and providing legal advice. Cohen earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from Dartmouth College.
