Elise Poole

Elise Poole (CMIOSH) is a seasoned health and safety professional currently serving as a Senior Principal Designer and CDM Advisor at PIB Risk Management since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Health and Safety Consultant and Health and Safety Consultant at Havio from April 2022 to October 2025, Health and Safety Advisor at calfordseaden from February 2021 to April 2022, and Trainee Health and Safety Advisor at GHPC Group Ltd from September 2019 to February 2021. Earlier, during a gap year from March 2017 to March 2019, Elise traveled extensively through South East Asia and worked in various cities in Australia. Academic credentials include A levels in Communication and Media Studies, Graphics, and Photography from Farnborough Sixth Form (2010-2012) and GCSEs in Communication and Media Studies from Wavell School (2005-2010).
