Alberto Secci

Alberto Secci is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing and plant management. Currently serving as Direttore Operations at Pibiplast Spa since September 2022, Alberto previously held significant roles at Bormioli Pharma, where responsibilities included Plant General Manager and Plant Director from November 2017 to September 2022. Earlier experiences include serving as Direttore di Stabilimento at Bormioli Rocco Group and as General Manager at Harsco Corporation, overseeing operations in various sites, including a joint venture with ThyssenKrupp and a Greenfield plant known for its advanced technology and adherence to Lean Manufacturing principles. Alberto's career began at Alcoa, where positions included Manufacturing Manager and Potroom Manager. Alberto holds a Laurea Magistrale from Università degli Studi di Cagliari, complemented by a Maturità Scientifica from Liceo Scientifico Antonio Pacinotti.
