Matthieu Lyonnaz

Matthieu Lyonnaz currently serves as Directeur Général Adjoint at Groupe PIC, overseeing corporate functions since April 2022, and also holds the position of Associé at Time for the Planet. Prior to these roles, Matthieu Lyonnaz was the Directeur des Ressources Humaines at Hermès from 2002 to 2020, where responsibilities included managing HR for a business unit and serving on the executive committee. Additional experiences include overseeing HR for a site in the Paris region and managing employment and training across multiple sites within Hermès' Maroquinerie division. Early career experiences involved roles as a RH consultant at Mercuri Urval and RH Partners, following education at ESC Clermont Business School from 1996 to 1999.
