Manuel Macelino Ayala has extensive work experience in the laboratory and food analysis industry. Manuel started their career as an Internship Trainee at Análisis Técnicos S.A. de C.V. (Agrolab) in 2015, where they performed physicochemical analysis of soil, water, and foliar samples and managed the results obtained. Manuel also gained experience in preparing culture media and handling automated equipment for microbiological analysis.
In 2015, Ayala joined Méieux NutriSciences México as a Molecular Biology Technician. Manuel was responsible for preparing and analyzing food specimens using RT-PCR, specifically for detecting Cyclospora cayetanensis. Manuel diligently maintained specimen information and records, following proper procedures for reporting results. During their time with the company, they also served as a Sample Receiving role, where they received and logged food specimens, ensuring accuracy and proper identification through collaboration with the sales and customer service teams.
