Melissa Bailey

Melissa Bailey is an experienced professional in strata management and retail, currently serving as a Licensed Strata Manager/Team Leader at PICA Group since September 2021. Previously, Melissa held roles as Deputy Branch Manager and Strata Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining PICA Group, Melissa worked as a Strata Manager at CSTM Strata Group from April 2018 to September 2021. Melissa also gained significant retail experience at Just Group, starting as an Assistant Store Manager and advancing to Store Manager from October 2016 to December 2017. Earlier career experience includes an extensive tenure at hog's breath cafe, where Melissa progressed from a waitress to Assistant Manager. Melissa completed education at Northmead High School from 2002 to 2007.
