Claire MARCEL is an experienced purchasing professional with a background in category management and product strategy. Currently serving as an Acheteuse at Picard Surgelés since June 2022, Claire previously held the role of Category Manager - Acheteur at Aurore Market and worked at Carrefour as a Category Manager for the Boulangerie Viennoiserie segment, where responsibilities included managing a substantial purchasing portfolio and developing commercial strategies.
