Sean Nelson

Sean Nelson is currently the General Manager / Head Chef at Piccadilly Restaurants, where Sean oversees the operations of St. Joseph's Abbey & Covington Restaurant. With a background as Chef de Cuisine at Boure`, Executive Chef at Courtyard, Sous Chef at City Grocery, and Executive Chef at Eleven 79, Sean has a wealth of experience in the culinary industry. Sean holds a Diploma in General Education from Mandeville High School, and has also completed programs at the University of Mississippi and Sclafani's Cooking School, Inc.
