Paul Rothera

Paul Rothera has over 35 years of architectural and managerial experience, 30 years of which have been as a director of an architectural practice. He specialises in managing large complex schemes with a high level of services integration.

Paul has excellent working knowledge of a broad range of schemes for public sector and private clients, including the design and management of multi-professional projects within frameworks. He is well acquainted with a variety of procurement routes and contract strategies, especially single stage and multi-stage design & build contracts. His knowledge and experience also extends in the overseas market, having collaborated on a number of Honda Manufacturing Ltd’s international projects, and more recently been involved with schemes in the Middle East.
