Robert Furr

Robert Furr possesses extensive experience in technology and education, currently serving as the Director of Technology for Pickens County, South Carolina since November 2020. At Southern Wesleyan University, Robert has held roles as an Adjunct Professor of Business and Computer Science and Technical Services Manager since April 2007. Previous positions include Director of Information Services at AnMed Health Cannon from February 2012 to July 2020, and Aquatics Director at Pickens County YMCA from May 2002 to March 2007. Robert began the career as a Helpdesk Technician at Southern Wesleyan University from August 2002 to May 2005. Robert holds a Master's in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University, earned between 2009 and 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution, completed in 2005.
