Abby Wright, MBA, SHRM-CP

Abby Wright, MBA, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Since February 2021, they have been the Director of Operations at Pickering Associates, Inc., where they oversee the company's operations. Prior to that, from March 2017 to February 2021, they served as the Human Resources and Safety Manager at the same company.

Before joining Pickering Associates, Inc., Abby worked as the Payroll Manager at ATC Healthcare from September 2016 to March 2017.

From October 2011 to September 2016, Abby held the position of Personnel Manager at Red Lobster, where they managed personnel-related matters. Before that, they were the Training and Development Manager at Steak n Shake from May 2009 to October 2011, responsible for training programs and employee development activities.

Abby's career started at The Ohio State University, where they worked as a Student Manager from January 2007 to May 2009.

Abby Wright, MBA, SHRM-CP, completed their education at Franklin University and The Ohio State University. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Franklin University. Prior to that, they attended The Ohio State University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Hospitality Management.

In addition to their degrees, Abby also holds a certification as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), which they obtained from SHRM in December 2018.
