Mike Foster Pe

Mike Foster, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal and Civil Engineer at Pickering Firm, Inc. since November 2005, Mike has previously held the position of Transportation Engineer at Fisher & Arnold from 1998 to 2002. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Arkansas State University between 1988 and 1992, as well as attending the University of Arkansas in 1987.
