Addison Holmes, CPA is an Associate at Pickering Energy Partners (PEP), specializing in ESG Advisory. She joined PEP after spending three years at Nasdaq, where she ran a multi-million-dollar book of advisory business, managed a team of analysts, and specialized in helping corporates navigate the capital markets landscape that is evolving as a result of ESG trends. She has extensive experience working with Energy and Utility companies, including supermajors like ConocoPhilips and Chevron.

Additionally, she has a robust background in data & analytics and has architected data platforms for both regulatory organizations as well as large corporations. She is a certified public accountant and holds the CFA UK ESG certification.

She holds a BBA and MS in Accounting from George Washington University and is a Level III CFA Candidate.
