Chelsea Brown

Chelsea Brown has extensive experience as an Intervention Specialist, currently serving in the Pickerington Local School District since August 2015, focusing on 2nd grade inclusion and reading and math intervention. Prior to this role, Chelsea worked at Licking Heights Local Schools from August 2013 to July 2015, where responsibilities included ELA intervention for 6th-8th grade students, serving as an advisor for student council and Renaissance, and coaching the assistant girl's soccer team at the high school level. Chelsea also gained valuable skills in customer service and communication through previous positions at Fossil and Athens Country Club, combined with early childhood education experience as a Teacher Assistant at the Child Development Center. Chelsea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Teaching from Ohio University, earned in 2013, and was actively involved in various student organizations during this time.
