Dr. Alesia Gillison

Dr. Alesia Gillison currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent Chief Academic Officer at Pickerington Local School District since August 2021, bringing expertise in educational leadership. Prior to this role, Dr. Gillison held key positions at Columbus City Schools, first as the Executive Director of School Leadership Development and then as Chief Engagement Officer from August 2019 to August 2021. Dr. Gillison earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Ashland University in May 2023, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Dayton (1995-1997), and a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television from Southern University and A&M College-Baton Rouge (1982-1987).
