Aniruddha Prasad

Aniruddha Prasad has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Aniruddha is currently working as a Deployment Engineer at Pickle Robot Company since July 2022. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst starting from September 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, Aniruddha worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Water and Energy Technology testing facility. In this role, they conducted research for a startup developing a water quality sensor for households. Aniruddha also worked on training a machine learning algorithm to detect water quality based on color. Additionally, they worked as a Teaching Assistant for MIE 302 and MIE 230 Thermodynamics 1 courses, where they assisted with grading and provided support to students.

In 2020, Aniruddha had two internships. Aniruddha worked as an Undergraduate Research Intern at X2O Corp, where they focused on developing home water quality testing kits. Aniruddha also worked as a Research and Development Intern at Aclarity, LLC.

In 2019, Aniruddha gained experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Fluid Structures Interactions Lab. Here, they conducted research on designing an ultrasonic whistle for bat deterrence in wind farms and used MATLAB and spectrography tools for analysis.

Aniruddha Prasad obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completing their studies between 2017 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned certifications in "Robotics: Computational Motion Planning" and "Robotics: Aerial Robotics" from Coursera in November 2016 and August 2016, respectively.
