Monica Viglianco

Monica Viglianco has a strong background in program management and engineering within the robotics and technology industry. Monica is currently the Director of Hardware Engineering at the Pickle Robot Company, where they lead a team in the development of an unload robot for floor-loaded containers. Monica also supported the development of the supply chain function and the design of the company's first manufacturing operation. Prior to this role, Monica worked at Symbotic as an Enterprise Level Program Manager, responsible for delivering the next generation of fully autonomous vehicles. Monica managed the development and integration of hardware and software, with a focus on the Vision system. Monica also played a key role in recruiting and mentoring project managers. Before Symbotic, Monica held various roles at iRobot, where they contributed to the company's substantial growth by managing the Sustaining group for the R&D organization. Monica oversaw product optimization and customer satisfaction. At Texas Instruments and Allegro Microsystems, Monica was a Senior Program Manager, overseeing the development and production of integrated circuits and automotive current sensors, respectively. Earlier in their career, Monica was the Manager of the Project Management Office at Magellan GPS, where they led the development and integration of GPS devices and implemented project management best practices. Monica successfully completed a program with 16 products generating over $250 million in revenue. Monica began their career at International Rectifier as a Project Manager for a joint venture with Sanyo.
