Phang Jai Eu (Daniel) is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in product management and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner/Business Analyst at Pickles Asia Sdn Bhd since January 2024, Daniel leads product strategy and innovation, specifically for the Auction Management System, and champions AI-driven solutions to enhance auction processes. Previously, as a Product Manager cum Scrum Master at Setel, Daniel excelled in stakeholder communication and requirements definition. Experience also includes roles as a Business Analyst at Nubitel, where Daniel managed project and product development for various telecommunication systems, and as a Business Consultant at Hitachi eBworx, where user requirements were effectively gathered and analyzed. Early career experiences involved software engineering, freelance web development, and an internship focused on software maintenance and IT consulting. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Multimedia University.
