Neil Tardella

Neil Tardella is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the robotics and AI sectors. Currently serving as Principal at Auxin Advisors LLC since September 2023, Tardella also holds positions as a Member of the Board of Directors at Sea Machines Robotics and as an Advisory Board Member at PickNik Robotics. In addition, Tardella is an Entrepreneur at Baldaŭ Venos and has contributed to TE Connectivity as an Advisory Council Member. Tardella's notable past role as CEO and Cofounder of Energid Technologies spanned two decades, while earlier positions included serving as Senior Scientist at Technology Service Corporation and Senior Requirements Analyst at Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. Tardella possesses a Master’s degree in Computer Science from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hartford.
