Lakshmi Kuchibhotla is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), and Scaled Scrum Master (SSM) with work experience in various roles. Lakshmi worked as a Scrum Master at Indipaisa, managing a team of 30+ with global stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and conducting various Scrum/Agile ceremonies. Lakshmi mentored the team in clearing roadblocks and impediments. At Pickright Technologies, Lakshmi worked as a Project Manager from May 2023. Lakshmi also worked as an Associate Analyst at Arcworth Strategy LLP, where they performed market research, hosted daily meetings between global teams, prepared training material, organized information received as transcripts, and ensured a good relationship with clients. Additionally, in the year 2023, Lakshmi obtained certification as a Certified SAFe® 6 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc.
