Shiron Grover

Shiron Grover is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and process excellence. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Pickrr since April 2021, Shiron is involved with the Founders' Office and Shiprocket Quick. Previously, Shiron held a Senior Manager position in Process Excellence at WhiteHat Jr, where responsibilities included creating and leading a comprehensive sales OJT process for one of India's most dynamic Ed-Tech startups, overseeing a team of over 70 professionals and training large batches of sales personnel. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Sales Trainer and Sales Manager, alongside managing corporate alliances at OYO. Shiron began as a Business Owner at Shivam International. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce.
