Felix II Tong

Felix II Tong serves as the Vice President of Growth & Business Development at PICKUP COFFEE, where strategic initiatives led to an increase in physical store count from 10 in 2022 to 210 in 2023. Prior to this role, Felix held the position of Operations Senior Manager at Shopping Center Management Corporation, responsible for business planning and financial management to ensure mall profitability. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant to the Managing Director at Zhangzhou Stronghold Steel Works and as a Teacher/Trainer at Tsinghua University – COACE, where Felix taught essential subjects such as Business Management and Communications. Felix began a career in technical support with Client Logic – Dell, achieving a high customer satisfaction rating. Education includes a Certificate in Mandarin Language from Beijing Language and Culture University and a degree from the College of Saint Benilde.
