Ramon Neal has a wealth of work experience. Ramon began their career in 2006 as a Maintenance Manager and Infantry Platoon Leader with the US Army. In 2012, they moved into the role of Branch Chief of Special Operations, Company Commander, and Cyber Counterintelligence Analyst with the US Army Meade Operations Center. In 2015, they became a Senior Cyber Security Analyst at Intel Security, where they provided presentations through written reports or real-time verbal updates for customers of potential threats, utilized applications and methodologies to analyze data sets in order to proactively detect potential viruses, and recommended modifications and solutions for reducing IT security risks. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Pre-Nursing Student at Thomas Nelson Community College. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Nursing Student at The George Washington University. Ramon also served as a Student Brand Ambassador for Kaplan Test Prep from 2020 to 2021, and is currently a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at Texas Children's Hospital and a Student Brand Ambassador for Picmonic Inc (Remember More in Less Time).

Ramon Neal is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from The George Washington University, with an expected graduation in 2021. Previously, Ramon obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory from Hampton University between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, Ramon has obtained several certifications, including Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association in October 2021, Registered Nurse from the Texas Board of Nursing in September 2021, Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association in September 2018, and Certified Nurse Assistant from the Virginia Department of Health Professionals in August 2018.
