Eveline Russ

Eveline Russ is a Category Manager for Private Label at Picnic Technologies since September 2022. Previously, Eveline held the position of Category Management Breakfast at Ahold Delhaize from September 2021 to February 2022, and served as Head of Communications at ProProtein from January 2021 to July 2021, where the focus was on developing innovative dairy alternatives. Additional experience includes roles as a Bijlesdocent, Nutrition Research Intern at ClimateCoach4U, Junior Project Assistant at Food Cabinet, speaker at SMAAK Symposium, and a student intern at Your Superfoods B.V. Eveline holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Health from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and New Product Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a minor in Psychology and Global Equality from Umeå University. Early education includes a HAVO diploma in Natuur & Gezondheid from Visser ’t Hooft Lyceum.
