Kristina Cotter, PhD, CGC, currently serves as the Head of Research Strategy and Operations at PicnicHealth, a position held since October 2023, where responsibilities include directing teams in delivering observational research solutions and collaborating with biopharmaceutical partners on evidence generation. Prior to this, Kristina was with AllStripes from November 2018 to October 2023, culminating as VP of Research & Life Sciences Partnerships and Head of Patient Product, contributing to advancements in rare disease drug development. Experience also includes roles at Trinity Partners, where Kristina provided strategic insights to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and as a Graduate Researcher at Tufts University, focusing on cancer metastasis. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Genetic Counseling from Stanford University School of Medicine, a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Physiology from Tufts University, and a B.S. in Biology from Boston College.
