Ben Singer has extensive work experience in the field of user experience research, particularly in the virtual reality and augmented reality industries. Ben'smost recent role is as the Head of Research & Strategy, New Markets at PICO XR, where they contribute to the growth and global expansion of the brand. Prior to this, Ben worked at Facebook as a Senior User Experience Researcher, where they played a key role in shaping the ecosystem strategy for the Horizon UGC social platform. Ben also led user experience research and informed strategies for various product teams within Facebook's Reality Labs. Before their time at Facebook, Ben worked at Oculus VR, where they conducted user experience research and provided design recommendations for next-generation consumer VR hardware/software. Additionally, Ben served as a Virtual & Augmented Reality Research Fellow at Northwestern University Medill School, where they utilized human-centered design to prototype wearable augmented and virtual reality experiences. Ben has also worked in brand strategy and consulting roles at Deloitte Digital, Deloitte, and J.P. Morgan.
