Jess Lee has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. Jess started their career as a Marketing Executive at Perfect Frontier Sdn Bhd in 2008. Jess then joined Huawei Consumer Business Group in 2011, where they held positions as a Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager, and eventually Head Of Marketing for the Honor brand. In 2017, they moved to MEMOHi as the Country Director. After that, they joined Xiaomi Technology in 2019, where they served as the Head Of Marketing for Singapore & Malaysia before becoming the Regional Head of Marketing for Southeast Asia. Currently, they are working at PICO XR as the Regional Head of Marketing for Southeast Asia.

Jess Lee completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Southern Queensland between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, Jess obtained a Diploma in Management from SEGi College in Subang Jaya, where their field of study was Business Studies. In 2004, they completed Taylor's Business Foundation at Taylor's College, specializing in Business Studies. Their secondary education took place at Sekolah Dato Bentara Dalam from 1998 to 2003, but no specific degree was mentioned in their field of study, which was Secondary School Administration/Principalship.
