Eva Maria Jimenez Almohalla has extensive work experience in quality assurance and engineering roles. Eva Maria started their career at Andutel as a Drive Test Engineer in 2007. Eva Maria then worked as a Post-sales Support Engineer at Xacom Comunicaciones, providing network solutions and tests in GSM, GPRS, UMTS, HSDPA, and VoIP devices. At Axpe Consulting, they were a Software Test Engineer at Telefonica R&D, where they designed and executed test plans for the Altamira project and handled the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux servers. Eva Maria then joined MTP Métodos y Tecnología as an Integration and Verification Engineer at Ericsson, where they performed functional regression tests and quality assurance for new developments in a virtualized environment. Most recently, Eva worked at IBM as a Senior QA Engineer, specializing in functional tests for IMS and LTE interfaces, automation of test cases, and deep protocol analysis. In 2016, they joined Pico as the Principal QA Engineer.
Eva Maria Jimenez Almohalla completed their Master's degree in Mobile Technologies and Services (GSM, GPRS, UMTS, WiFi, WiMAX, Bluetooth) from Forman in 2006-2007. Prior to that, they obtained a BSC Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Universidad de Málaga. Eva Maria has also earned several certifications, including Corvil Certified Administrator, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation Level), and ISTQB Test Manager (Advance Level). Additionally, they hold a TTCN-3 Certificate.
