Ilya Krifman has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2017. Ilya began their career as a Laboratory Technician at the University of Virginia, where they conducted spin physics research and designed a prototype vacuum system. In 2010, they worked as a Legal Researcher/Editor at Spiegel & McDiarmid. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Project Manager/Business Analyst at Cardinal Intellectual Property, where they managed agile iterations and conducted requirement gathering and analysis for software applications. In 2013, they joined NIC Federal, LLC as a Project Manager, leading an Agile-SCRUM team in the SDLC and managing the implementation of numerous requirements and releases. Currently, they are the Head of AMRS Project Management and CSM at Pico.
Ilya Krifman attended the University of Virginia from 2006 to 2010, where they majored in Physics and English and minored in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended New Trier High School from 2002 to 2006. In 2015, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN.
