Raymond Byrne

Raymond Byrne has extensive experience in sales engineering and technical account management. Raymond is currently the Director of Sales Engineering at Pico since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Redline Trading Solutions from 2013 to 2021, where they held various roles including Director of Sales Engineering and Global Lead for Technical Account Management. In these positions, they were responsible for pre- and post-sales processes, providing detailed technical pitches to prospective clients, and leading the technical account management team. In addition, they worked as an SQA Engineer, testing software products and analyzing customer compliance scenarios. Before joining Redline, Byrne gained experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Redline Trading Solutions and as a Software Developer for a capstone project at Boston University. Raymond also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Fellow at Boston University, assisting engineering students with programming assignments and leading exam preparation sessions.

Raymond Byrne attended Boston University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned two Bachelor of Science degrees. Their first degree was in Computer Engineering, and the second degree was in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
