Kevin Lim has over 20 years of work experience in network engineering and security roles. Kevin is currently serving as the Vice President of Network Engineering at Pico since May 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President of Network Security Engineering from February 2013 to May 2019 and Vice President of B2B Perimeter Network from September 2006 to February 2013. Kevin also worked as a Technology Associate at Goldman Sachs, where they managed perimeter networks using various technologies, such as Cisco, Juniper, Arbor, Checkpoint, and NetScalers, as well as external DNS infrastructure and RIRs, RaDB. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Kevin worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Realtech Systems from 1998 to 2001 and as a Field Service Engineer at PSINet from 1996 to 1998.

Kevin Lim holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity from New York University, obtained from 2013 to 2016. Kevin also earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication from The City University of New York, which they completed from 1991 to 1996. In terms of additional certifications, Kevin obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2017 and the Network Security Professional - NSE 4 certification from Fortinet in January 2021. Kevin also completed the Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure course on Coursera, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
