Harris Duncan

Harris Duncan is the current VP of Engineering & Construction at Shentel. Harris has also previously served as the Director-Network Engineering at Lumos Networks from December 2010 to April 2013, and Sr. Manager-Network Engineering at NTELOS from March 1998 to November 2010. Prior to that, Harris Duncan served in the United States Navy from July 1989 to March 1998 as Cryptologic Technical Maintenance.

Harris Duncan attended Eastern Mennonite University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management & Organizational Dev.

They are on a team with Daniel J. Meenan - VP, Wireless Engineering & Construction, Jeffrey Manning - VP, Wireline & Cable Operations. Their manager is Edward H. McKay, EVP & COO.
