Radu Grigorescu

Radu Grigorescu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Radu began their career at GMG MEDIA BOX as a Network Administrator in 2008 before moving on to Edata in 2009, where they worked as a Network Administrator, implementing the Microsoft platform and ESXi 4.0 virtualization platform. In 2011, Radu joined SolarWinds as an Application Engineer, responsible for troubleshooting customer issues with network monitoring applications.

Radu'snext role was at Hewlett-Packard Financial Services in 2012, where they worked as an Environment Engineer. In 2015, Radu joined TESM as a NMS Consultant/ServiceNow Event Management Engineer, focusing on architecture and implementation of an event management application and building CMDB integrations.

Radu then joined the European External Action Service in 2018 as an NMS Architect/ServiceNow Integration Engineer, where they designed and implemented SolarWinds monitoring for the headquarters and additional sites worldwide. Radu worked on integrating SolarWinds with ServiceNow, automating incidents and service requests.

In the same year, Radu also worked at NATS as a SOM Analytics Architect, responsible for implementing the ServiceNow Operational Intelligence module and analyzing metrics for proactive alerting.

Radu joined BASF in 2019 as an NMS/ITOM Architect, providing subject matter expertise during the implementation of the SolarWinds monitoring platform and focusing on application monitoring and event management.

Most recently, Radu joined Pico in 2020 as the Vice President of Operations Management, overseeing the company's operations and utilizing their expertise in the field.

Radu Grigorescu obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Titu Maiorescu University between 2013 and 2016. Radu has also earned various certifications including Corvil Certified Administrator and Corvil Certified Expert from Corvil in 2021, ITIL v4 Foundation from PeopleCert in 2020, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in 2020, TOGAF® Certification Program from The Open Group in 2020, and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow in 2018. Additionally, they hold certifications from Microsoft, SolarWinds, and Cisco dating back to 2007.
