Skarlet Goetchius

Skarlet Goetchius has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Skarlet is currently the VP of Talent Acquisition for the AMRS region at Pico, where they manage talent acquisition efforts for various divisions within the firm. Prior to this, they worked at Packable as a Talent Acquisition Lead and a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, overseeing e-commerce enablement and marketplace sales. Before Packable, Skarlet worked at Adecco, fulfilling roles such as Specialty Recruiter, Client Delivery Manager, Executive Recruiter, and Recruiter, with a focus on creative and marketing positions. Skarlet began their career at AT&T as a Retail Sales Manager.

Skarlet Goetchius has studied Accounting and Business/Management at Farmingdale State College.
